Two official Pussy Riot statements. Nadezda Tolokonnikova and Peter Verzilov.
First from Nadezda Tolokonnikova about recent events around the Pussy Riot collective:
I would like to inform [our supporters] that all recent changes that happened around us do not indicate any split neither within the group Pussy Riot not between Katia, Masha and me. There is not a slightest contradiction inside out team on the fundamental issues such as legal defence strategy or any other legal or creative key issues.
The Pussy Riot collective remains the very same live and one creative team, as it always has been. We do respectfully accept any choice that Katia makes [for her own good].
Nadia Tolokno, SIZO-6, October 2d, 2012
From Peter Verzilov, [art] group Voina (War) activist, on his role within the group Pussy Riot:

I, Peter Verzilov, an activist of the [art] group Voina, [officially declare] that I am not and never has been in a position of a producer, a leader, an organizer, a promoter, a speaker, or in any other official position at the Pussy Riot group, which is anonymous punk feminist collective, that would allow [to me] any public actions outside only those [circumstances] that occurred regardless of the wishes of any member of the Pussy Riot group, such as arrests of Katia, Nadia and Masha.
[Any] attempts to represent any public roles inside of the Pussy Riot would only mean an attempt to ignore and to discredit the ideology of the female punk feminist collective, in which no any other identified female or male person could be accepted in a position of the group public representation beside of those [the Pussy Riot group] members who have been disclosed by the law enforcement agencies.”
